These terms apply between the provider (TRO GmbH Averio) and users of the Axsuro app and all related services (e.g. app.axsuro.com).

Digitization, organization and synchronization of handwritten notes; web and mobile app.

Beta/Early Access features may vary; no entitlement to specific functions.

• Account required; keep login credentials confidential.
• Prohibited: illegal content, system interference, shared accounts without authorization.
• Backups are created; users remain responsible for their exports.

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically; cancellation possible in the app/account settings.

Statutory rights remain unaffected.

State-of-the-art availability; maintenance windows may cause brief interruptions.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.

Liability for slight negligence only for essential duties and limited to foreseeable damages.

All rights to software, trademarks and content remain with the provider or licensors.
